Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify:

Items must be unused, in original condition, with intact packaging/tags (if applicable)

How to Start a Return
Initiate your return by contacting us at service@tbrwzelow.com. If approved, weโll send a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishables, customized/personalized products, gift cards, and sale/promotional items. Contact us if youโre unsure about eligibility.
Exchanges
To exchange an item: return the original following our return instructions, then place a new order for your replacementโthis ensures fast processing.
EU Customer Returns (International Orders)
EU customers may cancel/return orders within 14 days for any reason (in addition to our 30-day policy), provided items are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Details
After we receive and inspect your return, weโll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, with processing taking up to 10 business days (additional time may apply for your bank/card issuer). Contact us if your refund hasnโt processed after 15 business days.
