Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify:
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with intact packaging/tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

How to Start a Return

Initiate your return by contacting us at service@tbrwzelow.com. If approved, weโ€™ll send a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishables, customized/personalized products, gift cards, and sale/promotional items. Contact us if youโ€™re unsure about eligibility.

Exchanges

To exchange an item: return the original following our return instructions, then place a new order for your replacementโ€”this ensures fast processing.

EU Customer Returns (International Orders)

EU customers may cancel/return orders within 14 days for any reason (in addition to our 30-day policy), provided items are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Details

After we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, with processing taking up to 10 business days (additional time may apply for your bank/card issuer). Contact us if your refund hasnโ€™t processed after 15 business days.
